It is with great enthusiasm and passion that Jennifer Hinson approaches her industry and Aveda. She has been with Aveda for 15 years and doing hair for 14 years.

Jennifer's specialty is in hair cutting – especially curly hair. She loves all aspects of hair and strives to continuously hone her skills.

She has spent many years as a technician, and now, she is ready to start her journey as an entrepreneur.  Jennifer looks forward to her new collaborative approach with her team and strives to create the best quality of service and experience for all her guests.

Nikki is excited to join the Lou & Co family. She began her career as a stylist in Fort Scott, Ks 8 years ago, 4 of those years were in an Aveda salon where she attended various Aveda education classes. Nikki specializes in hair design, and hair color with a keen eye for an artistic touch.

Pamela is a graduate of the Aveda Institute Minneapolis. She has had the opportunity to work on various photo shoots, fashion shows, and advanced educational classes within the industry which has provided her with a unique backdrop for her time in the salon. Working with all hair types and textures, she is passionate about finding great shapes in cuts, flattering colors, and even corrective work. She is so pleased to be joining the Lou & Co team where her creativity and commitment to excellence in all cosmetology services can flourish.

Cara enjoys meeting new people, and building relationships. She has been doing hair for 9 years, in Lawrence, and has recently joined the Lou & Co. team. She has taken numerous classes specializing in cut, design, color, upstyling and business. Cara enjoys making someone feel good about themselves, is excited about the change and looks forward to continuing her career in the world of Aveda.

Maria is our front desk coordinator. Also a social-welfare student at the University of Kansas, Maria has a love for helping others. She will assist you with all of your appointment related needs.
